Text Box: This 114,000 s.f. high rise (7 story) multi tenant office building was constructed in 1982 and includes renovation projects in 95% of leaseable spaces, as well as common areas, including a complete lobby renovation.  Responsibilities have included architectural and interior design services for a variety of tenant types, including Ford Consumer Credit, PacifiCare, and The Prudential, which encompass 70,000 s.f. on administrative office space.  The coordination and upgrade to building systems has been extensive.  Included in the work is seismic analysis, mechanical, and electrical alterations, fire/life-safety additions, site feasibility considerations and accessibility requirements.
